Group Management Dashboard handles the operational and collaborative aspects. This includes MTSS team meeting notes and documentation, grouping students for intervention, assigning students to intervention groups, scheduling and coordination, and decision documentation with rationale.
The purpose is answering the question: "How are we organizing our response to this data?
Student Dashboard
Student Dashboard focuses on delivering a streamlined, distraction-free assessment experience. This includes pending quiz notifications assigned by teachers, 4-question diagnostic assessments displayed front and center, clear instructions with progress indicators showing current question number, and a simplified interface designed to reduce test anxiety.
The purpose is answering the question: "What do I need to complete and how far along am I?"
Intervention Dashboard
Intervention Dashboard focuses on planning, documenting, and tracking intervention delivery. This includes SMART goal creation with baseline/target scores and timelines, intervention schedules (frequency, duration, responsible person), fidelity logging to confirm sessions were delivered as designed, tier assignment tools for moving students between Tier 2 and Tier 3, and tracking which students are responding vs. not responding to their plans.
The purpose is answering the question: "What interventions are in place and are they being delivered consistently?"
Class & Individual Progress
Class & Individual Progress Dashboard focuses exclusively on data visualization and analysis. This includes quiz scores and trends over time, ROI calculations, gap to benchmark measurements, RTI response status, tier placement recommendations based on data, and both class-level and individual student views of quiz performance.
The purpose is answering the question: "How is this student performing based on quiz data?"
